Privacy Policy

Last updated: 05 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Full Sail Product Management Consulting, LLC dba Full Sail Ventures ("we," "us," or "our"), operator of the Fall Faux 5K website at faux5k.com (the "Site"), handles information in connection with the event. The Fall Faux 5K is a charity event benefiting the Washington Regional JB Hunt Transport Services Cancer Support Home. This Site is operated from the State of Arkansas, United States, and is intended primarily for users located within the United States.

We've intentionally designed this Site to collect as little personal information as possible. Nearly every action involving your personal or payment details happens on a third-party platform, each governed by its own privacy policy.

Information We Collect

Directly through the Site

We do not run forms, accounts, or logins on faux5k.com that collect your name, email, address, or payment details. If you email us, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message.

Automatically (analytics)

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the Site. These tools may collect standard technical data — such as IP addresses, device information, browser type, pages visited, and referring links — through cookies and similar technologies. This data is aggregated and used only to improve the Site. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or your browser's cookie controls.

Registration, Donations, and Payments

We rely on trusted third parties to handle registration and payments. We do not store your payment card details.

Event registration and participation fees are processed through our ticketing provider (Luma), with payment processing by Stripe. Full Sail Product Management Consulting, LLC is the merchant of record for these transactions.

Donations and corporate sponsorships are processed through the Washington Regional Foundation.

The information you provide to these services is collected and handled under each provider's own privacy policy:

How We Use Information

We use the limited information available to us to operate and promote the event, respond to inquiries, understand Site traffic, and meet our obligations to participants, sponsors, and the beneficiary. We do not sell your personal information. If you contact us by email, we may retain the correspondence as necessary to respond to your inquiry, administer the event, or maintain business records.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies primarily for the analytics described above. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended if you do. At this time, the Site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Users may manage cookies and tracking preferences through their browser settings.

Data Sharing

We don't sell or rent personal information. We share information only with the service providers described above, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including sponsors, registration providers, and charitable organizations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party websites. Users should review the privacy policies of any site they visit. While we strive to work with reputable service providers, we are not responsible for the privacy, security, or data-handling practices of third-party services.

Children's Privacy

The Site and event are intended for a general, adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Choices

Because we collect so little directly, most data requests should be directed to the relevant provider (Stripe, Luma, or the Washington Regional Foundation). For anything within our control, reach us using the details below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with a revised "Last updated" date.
